Shipping

The following information is for in-house processing time:

Please note business days include Monday thru Friday excluding holidays. When selecting a shipping method, this is only an indication of how long FedEx will take to deliver your order. Please take into account the in-house processing time required before your order will ship.
Blank stock orders ship within 48 business hours if they are in stock. If the item is not in stock, it can take 3-4 business days to ship*. Often times we will ship blank stock orders directly from the manufacturer to save the customer shipping time. Shipping times will vary depending on manufacturer and location.
Custom printed orders will receive a FREE emailed PROOF within 24-48 business hours.
Custom printed orders ship within 2-3 business days of proof approval, if in stock. Items not in stock usually ship within 4-5 business days*, pending proof approval.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
If you have a deadline, please email customerservice@dorianns.com to check availability of the item(s) that you are ordering.
Items shipping from the manufacturer can take longer. Shipping schedules vary by manufacturer.
If you order multiple items, they will often ship separately to save the customer shipping time, blank stock especially.

*Please keep in mind that timelines may be extended by 1-2 business days during the holiday season.

IN A RUSH? Need it right away? (for custom printed orders only)
We do offer a RUSH service. This service has a $30.00 fee that you may select at checkout. Please email customerservice@dorianns.com for verification of stock and delivery times to your location.

RUSH service will include upgrading your processing time to ship within one business day of your proof approval. If you are ordering blank stock, and the item is in stock, it will be shipped the same day when the order is placed before 2:00PM CST. If for any reason, we cannot RUSH the processing for your order, we will contact you immediately.

The RUSH fee is only applied to our in-house processing times. You will need to select a shipping method that will ensure timely delivery to your location.

FedEx Ground service to a residence includes Tuesday-Saturday.
FedEx Ground service to a business includes Monday-Friday.
FedEx Express service includes Monday-Friday.
FedEx Express Saturday delivery requires additional fees. Please email customerservice@dorianns.com to request a quote.

Restrictions

Dori Ann's Stationery Boutique requires a house or business location address for shipping. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
