HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE? 

Ordering online is simple, safe, and can be done 24 hours a day at your convenience. Our search tool makes it easy to find the perfect invitation, announcement, stationery or gift. Our shopping cart is protected by the highest level of internet security.

If you have any comments or specific instructions on a custom printed item you are purchasing, please type them into the "personalized text" box with your wording. We will read your comments and instructions and apply them to your custom proof.

***Please note that as much as we try to catch spelling and grammatical errors, we copy and paste the wording that you type int the "personalized text" box onto your proofs to eliminate errors. So please carefully type and check your personalized text.***

HOW DO I VIEW THE AVAILABLE FONTS FOR MY CUSTOMIZED ITEMS?

Your web browser may be using a POP-UP blocker program which is causing the link to the available typestyles to not open. Here is a direct link to all typestyles available: http://www.dorianns.com//fonts (This link includes Halloween fonts at the bottom of the list.)

DO YOU OFFER PROOFS FOR MY CUSTOM PRINTED ORDER?

Absolutely! When you order custom printed items from Dori Ann's, you will receive a FREE emailed PROOF within 24-48 business hours of order placement.

If you do not receive an emailed proof within the above timeline, please check to see if you have a "Bulk", "Junk", or "Spam" folder in your email account. Your proof is emailed as an attachment, which can be automatically filtered into one of these folders by your email provider.

For custom printed orders, a $15.00 cancellation fee will be retained, once an emailed proof has been sent.
 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Upon placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via e-mail. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation from FedEx when your order ships directly from Dori Ann's.

HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?

The following information is for in-house processing time:

  • Please note business days include Monday thru Friday excluding holidays. When selecting a shipping method, this is only an indication of how long FedEx will take to deliver your order. Please take into account the in-house processing time required before your order will ship.
  • Blank stock orders ship within 48 business hours if they are in stock. If the item is not in stock, it can take 3-4 business days to ship*. Often times we will ship blank stock orders directly from the manufacturer to save the customer shipping time. Shipping times will vary depending on manufacturer and location.
  • Custom printed orders will receive a FREE emailed PROOF within 24-48 business hours.
  • Custom printed orders ship within 2-3 business days of proof approval, if in stock.  Items not in stock usually ship within 4-5 business days*, pending proof approval.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
  • If you have a deadline, please email customerservice@dorianns.com to check availability of the item(s) that you are ordering.
  • Items shipping from the manufacturer can take longer. Shipping schedules vary by manufacturer.
  • If you order multiple items, they will often ship separately to save the customer shipping time, blank stock especially.
     

*Please keep in mind that timelines may be extended by 1-2 business days during the holiday season.

IN A RUSH? Need it right away?
We do offer a RUSH service. This service has a $30.00 fee that you may select at checkout. Please email customerservice@dorianns.com for verification of stock and delivery times to your location.
RUSH service will include upgrading your processing time to ship within one business day of your proof approval. If you are ordering blank stock, and the item is in stock, it will be shipped the same day when the order is placed before 2:00PM CST. If for any reason, we cannot RUSH the processing for your order, we will contact you immediately.
The RUSH fee is only applied to our in-house processing times. You will need to select a shipping method that will ensure timely delivery to your location.
 
With over 10,000 items available at www.dorianns.com, all items are not in stock at all times.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE ONCE IT HAS SHIPPED?

Shipping times vary by your selection during checkout.
Please click here to see FedEx Ground shipping schedules to your location. We also offer upgraded shipping options for your convenience.

CAN I ORDER SAMPLES?
Absolutely! You may request samples for $2.50. They will ship via US mail as soon as possible after your order is placed. We will contact you as soon as possible if samples are unavailable. Please click here to place a sample request order.

DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT FOR LARGE QUANTITY ORDERS?
Our prices reflect discounts when available from specific manufacturers. If you have a large order and would like to check if additional discounts are available, please 
e-mail us at customerservice@dorianns.com and we will be happy to try to work one out for you. (Most manufacturers consider 1,000 or more of the same product to be a large order valid for additional discounts.)

WILL SALES TAX, USE TAX OR DUTY BE ADDED TO MY PURCHASE?

Only shipping addresses in Illinois will be charged with sales tax at 7.0%.

Orders shipping outside of the United States will incur taxes and duties upon delivery.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
